Wear a Poppy…Lest we forget.

Yesterday I engaged in a conversation with a war veteran who had been an active soldier in the liberation of Holland, May 6, 1945.  My mother was there and remembers that joyous day.  I watched that war vet and my mother hug in gratitude…surreal and so very special to feel.  Wear that poppy with pride.  “In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” Martin Luther King Jr. PIF a veteran today, buy them a coffee and show your support wearing a poppy.
